Bismuth Arsenite, BiNaO3.5H2O
When arsenious acid acts upon a solution of sodium bismuth chloride, a white precipitate of approximate composition BiNaO3.5H2O is formed. The substance has not been obtained pure. It is not decomposed by boiling aqueous alkali; it is soluble in nitric acid.
